This is an all-tube 50 watt single channel master volume style head, with footswitchable gain. It is capable of a large variety of tones, from sparkling clean through powerful crunch, to a very full on driven distortion. This head offers a valve-coupled effects loop to run your pedals separately into the head, after the preamp gain stage, as well a link point to slave several heads together. The three band EQ, as well as the presence controls allow you to accurately shape your tone to taste, and the gain and drive controls let you take the amp into orbit for some really heavy sounds. The head is designed to be used with the GS412IA and GS412IS cabinets, but any 3rd party cabinet with the correct impedance will also work.
